Nice and short, uniquely varied, free of admission and of a very high quality: that is the recipe for the music programmes of C the City. Last year, the Rotterdam Philharmonic Gergiev Festival presented the first edition of this happening in the Rotterdam district Kop van Zuid, and it was an instant success: 5,000 visitors attended the concerts.
